SERVE

Digital menu and orders

The guest orders from the phone. The kitchen sees the order at once.

SERVE is a system for your venue: the menu on the guest's phone, screens for the waiter, the bar and the kitchen, and the management of everything from one screen.

  • Nothing to install
  • Menu in many languages
  • 14 allergens as the law requires
  • AI assistant

How it works

From the table to the plate in four steps

  1. The guest scans the code

Every table has its own QR code. The guest opens the menu in the browser, with nothing to download.

  2. Chooses and sends

The menu has photos, allergens and prices, in the language the guest chooses. The guest adds a note to a dish and presses Order.

  3. The waiter accepts it

The waiter's screen rings when an order comes in. One touch accepts it.

  4. Preparing and serving

The bar and the kitchen mark "Ready", the waiter serves. The guest follows the status on the phone.

For guests

The menu on the phone, clear and fast

The guest sees dishes with photos, prices and descriptions, chooses and orders whenever they want.

  • Drinks, food and promotions as three big buttons, dishes by category
  • Search by name and a note on every dish
  • The bill is visible at any time, with the buttons "Call the waiter" and "The bill, please"
  • Light and dark theme, the menu in the language the guest chooses
  • The guest sees the status of every order and hears a short sound when it changes

Allergens

The 14 allergens the law requires, in plain sight

Every dish shows what it contains and what it may contain traces of, with clear icons. A guest can hide the dishes with their allergens from the menu.

  • The "My allergens" button: the guest marks what to avoid and the menu hides those dishes. The choice stays on their phone only
  • A separate "Allergens" page with all 14 and the dishes that contain them
  • If the allergens of a dish have not been confirmed by a person, the guest sees "Ask the staff", not "no allergens"

Important: the information is for guidance. With a serious allergy the guest must always ask the staff.

AI assistant for guests

Said or written, and the assistant adds it to the selection

"Two Coca-Cola and a pizza without olives." The assistant recognises dishes from your menu and adds them to the guest's selection.

  • Changes nothing without confirmation: the guest confirms with a button or the word "yes"
  • Answers only from your menu: prices and allergens are read from your database, never invented
  • Does not add dishes that contain the allergens the guest has marked

Voice works in Chrome, Edge and Safari. Typing works everywhere.

For staff

A separate screen for the waiter, the bar and the kitchen

Everyone sees only their own. A new order appears by itself and rings, and late ones stand out.

  • Screens "Waiter", "Bar", "Kitchen" and "Orders", working on a phone, tablet or computer
  • A sound for a new order, a waiting timer and the guests' notes on dishes
  • An assistant with voice and text: "Table 3 is ready" marks the orders ready
  • A journal of everything the assistant changed: who, when, what was said and what was done. The last action is undone with one button
  • The notification sound is chosen separately for each screen

A small venue? The bar and the kitchen are switched on and off separately. When a department is off, an accepted order is ready to serve at once and the waiter does not open other screens.

Management

The whole menu in one table

Prices, names, photos, categories and which dish is on the menu are changed in place. Changes are saved with one button.

  • Change a price, name or category right in the row; bulk reorder and price changes in percent
  • A dish photo from the phone or the computer, scaled automatically
  • Import and export of the whole menu as a table (CSV), duplicate a dish with one button
  • You choose the currency of the prices (euro, leva and others)
  • Tables added in groups and a QR code for each, ready to print

Allergens with AI

AI proposes the allergens of the whole menu, you approve

Instead of entering allergens dish by dish, you press one button. AI reads the name and description of each dish and proposes what it contains.

  • You get one table of proposals. Untick what you do not want and approve everything at once
  • Nothing is saved until you press "Save". Until then guests see "Ask the staff"
  • For every dish it is kept who confirmed the allergens and when
  • AI does not see the real recipe, so the proposals are reviewed by a person

Allergens per dish

Manual entry with one touch

In the menu table every dish has an "Allergens" cell. The window shows the 14 allergens with icons.

  • One touch means "contains", a second "may contain traces", a third "none"
  • The "No allergens" button marks a dish that is checked and has none
  • Also from a table (CSV), with an "allergens" column

Sounds

Its own sound for every screen

Upload a sound (MP3, OGG or WAV) for the waiter, the bar, the kitchen, the "Orders" screen and the guest's phone.

  • Listen to the sound before you set it and go back to the standard one with one button
  • The guest's phone rings when the status of their order changes, and the guest can switch it off

More features

The small things that save time

Languages

Bulgarian, English, German and French are ready, and the admin adds any other language they need. AI translates the name and description of dishes into every language you switch on and you can correct any translation. Every language is shown in its own name.

Tables and QR codes

Every table has a secret code. If needed you change it and the old one stops working. A guest orders only for the table whose code they scanned.

Reports

The admin panel has a "Reports" section for orders and turnover.

Translation and texts

The screen texts are ready in Bulgarian, English, German and French. In another language they show in English until they are translated. Staff and guests choose their language independently.

Works on any phone

Only a modern browser is needed. The menu adapts to small screens and to phones with a notch.

Test without real tables

You can switch on a test table and go through a whole order from the phone to the kitchen before you start work.

Security and control

You decide who sees and does what

Admin login

Managing the menu, prices, languages and settings needs a password. A login for the staff screens can be switched on.

Protection from abuse

The system limits repeated orders, calls and AI requests from one table or one address. The admin sees what was refused.

Confirmation for what matters

The AI assistant proposes, a person confirms. Changing prices or many products at once always asks for an explicit confirmation.

Journal and undo

Every action of the assistant is recorded and the last one can be undone.

The data is yours

The menu, photos, orders and settings are in a database at your hosting. The menu and prices can be exported as a table at any time.

Getting started

From the menu to the first order

  1. We enter the menu

From your table (CSV) or by hand, with categories and prices.

  2. We add photos and allergens

Photos of the dishes and an AI proposal for the allergens, which you review and approve.

  3. We create the tables

Every table gets a secret QR code. We print them on cards.

  4. We set up the screens

We switch on the departments you have and choose the sounds.

  5. We try it together

We take one order from the phone to the kitchen and the serving, and train the staff.
