Who processes the data

What data we collect

The data in the form: name, email and, if you enter them, phone, city, venue, number of tables and message. We also keep when you gave your consent, the version of the text you agreed to, and a one-way hash of your network address (not the address itself) to protect against abuse.

Why and on what basis

To contact you about your request and present the product. Basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and steps at your request before a contract (point b). We use the data for nothing else and do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Until your request is handled and at most 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who has access

Only authorised people on our side. The data is kept in a database at our hosting provider (SmarterASP.NET) and is sent by email to our notification address. We do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the processing before the withdrawal. Write to the contact above. You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

Cookies and data in the browser

The site uses only necessary cookies: a token against forged requests for the form, and remembering the language when you choose it. We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking or statistics and we load no tracking scripts, so we show no cookie banner. The restaurant application uses necessary cookies for the staff sign-in, for the session and for the guest's table; they do not follow the visitor and expire after a few hours or when the browser is closed. If the "are you a person" check is Cloudflare Turnstile, your browser connects to Cloudflare to run it.
